Canceling a Subscription with InfoLens

However, if you’ve decided to proceed, we’ve provided a step-by-step guide below on how to cancel your subscription:

Important Reminder: Please note that uninstalling the InfoLens app from your device will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow these steps to ensure your subscription is canceled:

For Android Users:

  1. On your Android device, navigate to Google Play Store.
  2. Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines), then select ‘Subscriptions’.
  3. In the list of subscriptions, find and select ‘InfoLens’.
  4. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’ and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Tip: If an app is removed from Google Play Store, any existing subscriptions will be canceled going forward. Please be aware that past subscriptions are non-refundable, except under certain circumstances as specified in Google Play’s refund policies.

For iOS Users:

If you wish to cancel your InfoLens subscription through your iPhone or iPad, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Open the ‘Settings’ application on your device.
  2. Tap on your name displayed at the top.
  3. Scroll down and select ‘Subscriptions’.
  4. From the list of subscriptions, locate and select ‘InfoLens’.
  5. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’. This button may be towards the bottom, so you might need to scroll down to find it.

Note: If you do not see the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, or if you see a message in red text indicating an expiration date, it means your subscription has already been canceled.
