EULA

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and InfoLens AI (“InfoLens,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of the InfoLens mobile applications and related software, features, and services (together, the “App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Licence grant
   We grant you a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non commercial use, subject to this EULA and the applicable app store rules.
4. Restrictions
   You must not
   Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where permitted by law
   Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to any third party
   Bypass or disable security features, usage limits, or access controls
   Use the App to create or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
   Use the App in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
   Use the App for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates applicable laws
5. Accounts, subscriptions, and purchases
   Some features may require a subscription or in app purchase.
   Payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Your purchases are subject to their terms, billing rules, and refund policies.
   Subscription features and pricing may change. Where required, we will provide notice via the App or store listing.
6. User content and inputs
   The App may allow you to upload or submit content, such as images, documents, text, or voice (your “Inputs”) and may generate outputs such as summaries or answers (the “Outputs”).

You retain your rights in your Inputs.
You grant InfoLens a limited licence to process your Inputs to provide the App features, generate Outputs, maintain functionality, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit your Inputs, and that doing so does not violate third party rights or laws.

7. AI generated outputs
   Outputs are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some situations.
   You are responsible for how you use Outputs and for verifying important information.

Health and medical
If the App includes health related features (including InfoLens Med), Outputs are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional and do not delay or disregard professional advice because of Outputs.

Legal, financial, and other professional
Outputs are not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Seek qualified professional guidance where needed.

8. Acceptable use
   You agree not to use the App to
   Upload or process unlawful, hateful, harassing, or abusive content
   Violate privacy or data protection laws
   Attempt to identify individuals in images in a way that violates law or privacy
   Process highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable and authorised to do so
9. Intellectual property
   The App, including its design, code, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by InfoLens or its licensors.
   Except for the licence granted in section 3, no rights are transferred to you.
10. Updates and changes
    We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. Some updates may be required for continued use.
    We may add, modify, or remove features. We may also suspend or stop providing the App, subject to applicable law.
11. Termination
    This EULA remains effective until terminated.
    You may terminate by deleting the App.
    We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this EULA or misuse the App.
    Upon termination, the licence ends and you must stop using the App.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
    We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free from viruses.
13. Limitation of liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoLens is not liable for
    Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
    Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
    Damages arising from reliance on Outputs
    Issues caused by third party services, networks, devices, or app stores

Nothing in this EULA limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Privacy
    Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
15. Third party services
    The App may integrate third party services (such as app stores, analytics, crash reporting, or AI infrastructure). Those services may have their own terms and policies.
16. App store terms
    Apple App Store
    If you downloaded the App from Apple, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services except as required by law.

Google Play
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play terms.

17. Governing law
    If you are in the United Kingdom, this EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

If you are in the United States, this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in [Insert County and State], subject to mandatory consumer protections.
