Subscriptions and Billing (Google Play / Apple App Store)

Subscriptions are managed by the store you used to purchase.

How to manage or cancel

• Google Play: Open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Apple App Store: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Billing issues

If you are charged unexpectedly, cannot access premium features, or your subscription does not appear to activate, email us at:

• The store used (Google Play or Apple)
• The email address linked to your store account (if you are comfortable sharing)
• A screenshot of your subscription status page or order receipt (optional but helpful)

Account Deletion and Data Deletion Requests

If you would like to request deletion of your account or personal data, email:

• The app name you are using
• The email address or username used in the app (if applicable)
• A clear request such as “Delete my account” or “Delete my data”
• Any relevant details that help us locate your account (for example, the last login date)

We may need to verify your identity before completing deletion. Where an app supports in-app deletion, you can also use that option.
